SMS Terms

Choosing texts

The signup form provides separate optional choices for informational/transactional messages and promotional messages. Neither choice is selected in advance. You can submit an inquiry or purchase a service without agreeing to texts. A permission choice covers OtterMatic's own messages, not messages from unrelated businesses.

Frequency and cost

How many messages you receive depends on your inquiries, appointments, service activity and the categories you selected. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Ask your mobile provider about those charges.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to an OtterMatic text to unsubscribe from this SMS programme. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out; further programme messages will stop unless you later provide valid permission again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email ottermaticdesigns@gmail.com. You can also use that email to request an opt-out. To join again, use the signup process or contact us so we can obtain and record fresh permission.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and timing can depend on mobile networks and your device. Check the appointment confirmation or contact us if a reminder does not arrive.

Privacy and service agreements

Read our Privacy Policy at https://ottermatic.ai/privacy-policy for how we handle information and SMS choices. These terms cover the messaging programme. The scope, price, cancellation and refund terms for paid website or other business services are provided in the applicable service agreement. Stopping texts does not by itself cancel a paid service, and cancelling a service does not require you to accept promotional texts.
