What we collect

When you contact us, use our chat form or book a call, we receive the details you provide. These can include your name, email, phone number, business information, message, appointment details and communication preferences. Our website and communication providers also process technical information needed to operate their services, such as device/browser information, network addresses, delivery records and service logs.

How we use it

We use these details to answer your request, arrange appointments, provide and support the agreed services, keep necessary business records and protect our systems. We send informational texts or promotional texts only according to the separate permission you provide for that category. Giving us a phone number or booking a call does not by itself subscribe you to promotional texts.

Who processes it

Our owners and authorised service providers handle information needed for these purposes. Our current tools include HighLevel/LeadConnector for website and customer communications and Google for email, calendar and meetings. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or needed to address misuse or protect legal rights.

Mobile information and permission

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Service providers may process the information needed to operate our communications and support services on our behalf. We do not sell or transfer your text-message permission to another business or give it to another business for its own messaging.

Your choices

Both SMS choices are optional. You can choose informational messages, promotional messages, both or neither. Once the programme is active, reply STOP to a message to stop texts, or contact ottermaticdesigns@gmail.com for help. We may retain a suppression record so an opt-out continues to be respected. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of the personal information we hold; some records may need to remain for legal obligations, disputes or required business records.

Retention and website services

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, including applicable recordkeeping obligations and resolving disputes. Embedded booking, chat and communication tools can use browser storage and technical identifiers to function. Their providers process information under their own applicable policies as well. Changes to our tools or uses of information will be reflected in this notice.
