One assistant, doing everything, alone
Most AI tools hand you a single assistant that does everything at once, and it shows:
Hallucinates confidently
Produces work that's wrong, or claims a task is finished when it isn't.
Drifts off course
The longer you talk with it, the further the result wanders from what you actually asked for.
Endless trial & error
You retry, reword, and re-prompt until something finally sticks.
Newcomers get left out
If you're not already experienced with AI, prompting well is a real barrier — one that can stop you before you start.
OtterMatic isn't one AI. It's a coordinated team of them.
You describe what you want. The team organizes itself: planning, building, checking, fixing. Each step is handled by an agent built for that job. And because it's a team, several tasks run at the same time.
From your words to finished work
You
Describe the task like you'd tell a person. No prompt engineering required.
Otto
Asks clarifying questions up front, then writes a clear brief for the team.
Foremen
Each takes a brief, builds the game plan, and spins up a crew of Workers.
Workers
Do → verify → report. The cycle repeats until the work is truly done.
+ The Reviewer
Independent quality control. It steps in when a task fails twice, when you ask for a review, or when the job is big enough to warrant one.
+ The Designer
A separate specialist that works with you directly on anything visual. Your taste shapes the result, not guesswork.
Five roles, one crew
Otto
The voice of the team. Listens → clarifies → briefs. You never have to be good at prompting — you talk like a person, Otto translates it for the machines.
The Foremen
Turn briefs into action: the most effective path from idea to creation. Each Foreman creates as many Workers as the job needs and directs them until it's complete. Several run at once; that's how tasks happen in parallel.
The Workers
One job each, and they won't call it done until they've checked their own work. Do → verify → report, so unfinished work gets caught instead of shipped.
The Reviewer
Defines what "done" means before work starts, then inspects and debates the others. Independent by design: builders don't get to grade their own homework. Uses a different AI model when available, for higher accuracy.
The Designer
Your creative partner for UI, UX, and visual work. Mostly separate from the task pipeline. It starts with clarifying questions, so your taste and goals shape the result.
It gets better at working with you
Review together
You and OtterMatic go over the finished task side by side: what went well, what didn't.
Capture lessons
What worked, what missed, and what you'd change next time.
Improve itself
That feedback flows into memory, skills, and prompts, slowly improving everything.
Most tools make you get better at using them. OtterMatic gets better at working with you.
